At Vilasa Ambrosia, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Return and Exchange Period

  • Standard Period: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Extended Holiday Period: We offer an extended return and exchange period for purchases made during the holiday season. Customers will be notified of the specific duration of this extended period through customer care, or you can reach out to us at info@vilasaambrosia.com for details.

Condition of Items

  • Returns and exchanges require items to be in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

  • Damaged, soiled, or altered items may be declined and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

Given the nature of our products, the following items are ineligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Our tea products, including Gourmet Brew (Gold Tea and Silver Tea) and Daily Brew (Darjeeling Orthodox Tea, Assam Black Tea, Green Tea), due to their perishable nature.

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Initiate: Contact our customer service at info@vilasaambrosia.com to start the return or exchange process.

  2. Authorization: You will receive a Return/Exchange Authorization number and detailed instructions.

  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item, including the original receipt or proof of purchase. Label the package with the Authorization number.

  4. Return/Exchange Completion: On receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and Handling

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to our error (e.g., defective, incorrect item).

  • Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, Vilasa Ambrosia covers the shipping cost of the replacement item.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.  

Processing Time

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 7 business days after receipt at our warehouse.
